Guest Services Associate

Primary Duties:

  • Engage and connect with Synergy clients, guests and staff by providing exceptional customer service 
  • Foster an atmosphere of caring and wellness while sharing in-depth knowledge of Synergy’s services, current promotions, events, membership options, etc.
  • Execute operational procedures accurately and effectively, providing information to Guest Services Manager to improve efficiencies 
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner both written and/or in-person
  • Process all transactions correctly and efficiently 
  • Greet guests in a calm and welcoming manner at all times while processing appointments at check in/out, scheduling services, fielding incoming phone calls and general management of guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and tidy atmosphere in all treatment rooms and common areas, completing opening, closing and routine shift tasks associated with Guest Services 
  • Support office with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Positive energy, compassion, and team-oriented approach
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the health and wellness industry
  • Enjoy working in an energetic and fast-paced setting with a willingness to learn and be amendable to changes that come with a growing environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Customer service and sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of any of the following a plus:  Google Workspace, Asana, MindBody, Excel, Word, Windows, Zoom
  • Part time shifts available Monday through Saturday
    Outpatient Clinician

    Synergy seeks Outpatient Clinicians experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in an outpatient setting who are looking to join a wellness-oriented company that values your expertise, creativity and independence.

    Qualifications:

    • LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT and professional liability insurance
    • At least 2 years outpatient experience working with clients of all ages including children, youth, adults, couples and families 
    • Demonstrated skills in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma and other clinical issues
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Dynamic interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated record of reliability, independence and a desire to be part of a strong and supportive clinical team

    Licensed Acupuncturist

    Synergy Wellness Center is located in hip downtown Hudson and we are expanding our Acupuncture team.  We are looking for Acupuncturists experienced in treating a variety of general health conditions and chronic illnesses.  If you are looking to join a wellness-oriented company that values your expertise, knowledge and independence, then this part-time position is for you. (20+ hours/week)

     Synergy is an innovative growth-oriented wellness center with a mission to offer a range of offerings to support the emotional, physical and spiritual health of personal and professional caregivers and all individuals who are committed to their well-being.  We invite qualified Acupuncturists to join our team on at least two afternoon/evening weekday shifts and a portion of one weekend day per week.

    The ideal candidate will provide preventative care and treat the following conditions:

    *Chronic illness and inflammation

    *Digestive issues

    *Autoimmune disorders

    *Peri and postmenopausal related conditions

    *Women’s health conditions

    *Orthopedic issues

    *Systemic conditions

    Requirements include:

    *MAOM (Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) or equivalent

    *Licensed in Acupuncture and Herbs in Massachusetts

    *At least 5 years or equivalent experience treating patients in acupuncture setting

    *Demonstrated skills in diagnosing conditions using ICD10 codes

    *Background in herbology to prescribe basic herbal remedies

    *Excellent time management skills

    *Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

    *Attention to detail to assist with accurate and timely EHR records

    *Three professional references

    Intake Coordinator

    The ideal candidates will be:

    *Experienced working in a health care office setting

    Requirements include:

    *Oversee operations of insurance funded services

    *Gather needed information from new patient inquiries

    *Verify insurance coverage with multiple commercial insurance plans

    *Schedule appointments using online scheduling system

    *Excellent communication with staff to schedule appointments and manage cancellations

    *Adept skills at using web-based systems for managing internal communication

    *Manage client files including collection of intake documents and other required forms

    *Provide a welcoming atmosphere in person in reception area and by phone

    *Confidently discuss all services, classes and memberships

    *Experience working in a fast-paced medical setting, preferably including mental health and holistic services
