Cancellation Policy

At Synergy Wellness Center, all services are expected to be paid on the day that the service is rendered.  We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen.  In an effort to be understanding to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our staff, we have adopted the following cancellation policies:

Workshops and Events

Synergy Wellness Center will provide a credit equal to the paid amount towards any future workshop, event, class or appointment as long as you provide 48 hours advance notice of the need to cancel. No call/no shows for a workshop/event are not eligible for a refund. 

Yoga and Meditation Classes

If you signed up and paid for a single yoga or meditation class and did not attend the class, Synergy Wellness Center will note this as a late cancel. Due to limited capacity for in studio classes, we ask that you provide 24 hours advance notice of the need to cancel in order to avoid a $20 cancellation fee.

Monthly Memberships

If you have a monthly membership, you may cancel this membership if there are extenuating circumstances with 30 days written notice by mail or by emailing synergy@synergy-wellness-center.com, otherwise the memberships are binding agreements for the 6-12 month periods depending on the membership. 

All Scheduled Appointments

Synergy Wellness Center will ask for a credit card to at the time you schedule your appointment to hold your appointment. You will not be charged until your appointment is held.  In the event that you need to cancel, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours advance notice of the need to cancel in order to avoid a cancellation charge. 

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.  If you do not attend a scheduled appointment (no call, no show), you will be charged 100% for the appointment. At our discretion, this charge will be either automatically deducted from an existing payment method.  If for any reason your insurance company denies payment for services, you are responsible for payment for 100% of the balance of all services rendered.  Thank you for your understanding. 

During the COVID-19 Pandemic:

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy. We hope this will alleviate any hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you have symptoms of illness, test positive with COVID-19 or have been in close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 10 days past the date of contact or positive test. There will be no penalties for these types of cancellations. Please note, we request that clients and students wear face coverings when they arrive for their appointments and classes.
